Return Policy

You have the right to return your order (or parts of it) within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason, provided it is still sealed (further exclusions apply).

The return period will expire 14 days after the date on which you (or a third party designated by you other than the carrier) takes possession of the product.

You will be solely responsible for any reduction in the value of the product based on handling or use, beyond what is necessary to access its functionality/condition. Any freebies received with the order must also be returned, otherwise the value of the freebies (based on their retail price) will be deducted from the refund amount.

EXCLUSIONS

The following products are not covered by the right of withdrawal:

• Products whose original seal has been opened
• Products returned outside the withdrawal period
• Perishable items

REFUND PROCEDURE

After exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments (including shipping costs) will be refunded within 14 days.

If you return the product without prior notice, we will not be able to refund the shipping costs incurred.

We may also require the tracking code as proof of return before your payment is refunded.

Depending on your original payment method, your refund will be processed as follows:

• Bank Transfer – Bank Transfer
• Credit Card – Credit Card (or Bank Transfer if more than 30 days have passed since your initial payment)
